Feeling of Challenge. If you are trying to do something that is out of your comfort zone, or if it’s something you have not done before, then you are experiencing a feeling of challenge. For our classes, reading of reading books could present a challenge for some children; so could a ballet exam or Karate grading or when they had to plan and present their speech. It may make things less challenging if you break the tasks into smaller parts or sections, so positive feelings increase. 8.      **Read newsletter on the last Wednesday of every month.
